Dennis Baranowski is a Founder of Lightning Docs. Dennis is the master architect of the template documents that comprise the backbone of the Lightning Docs system. He works diligently with users to create template customizations, and navigates the development of new template products. He is also a Partner at Geraci LLP, the nation’s largest private lending law firm. He has extensive experience in helping banks, credit unions, mortgage funds, private lenders, brokers, developers, and loan servicers navigate through complex transactions, including negotiation of terms, transaction review, and drafting of documents.
