We have issued an update to the system which modified the following:
- South Carolina Security Instrument and Guaranty amended to modify the notary acknowledgment and revise location of waiver of appraisal language
- Loan Servicer FCI disbursement agreement is now coded. Clients must request this feature to be enabled should they want to use this feature.
- Removal of usury endorsement request in FL, ID, KS, MO, NM, NY, PA, TX. The lender’s instructions require an ALTA 27 endorsement (usury endorsement). The states identified herein do not permit a usury endorsement and we removed the inclusion of this endorsement in those states.
- Added Statebridge as a loan servicer and included their specific ACH form.
