We have issued an update to the system that modified the following:
- Added a disclosure for mortgage loans in the state of Texas.
- Due to numerous requests, we’ve updated the second paragraph of our Entity Certificate to require all entity documents to be provided to the Lender, rather than require all entity documents to be attached to the loan document package.
